the bugs fixed version 1.25 beta awbdedit from – bios.rom.by/ROMutils/Award/awdbedit/re1_25.zip – is still buggy, though it works well when adding option rom in pci-slots on award bioses which show problems using CBROM!!
I sucessfully added a via pci sata rom file to a ASUS P4S8X firmware bios and can not boot directly from sata hdds attached to pci controller, which previous didn’t work.
Sorry, typo: I now can boot directly from sata hdds attached to pci controller card.
Hi! I have Insyde BIOS and I need to get it unlocked. I need other settings. If you know, Insyde is locked with some options, but I need others, to change to AHCI to install Mac OS X Lion (iAtkos moddified). I have an HP g6 2002sm laptop.
Phoenix BIOS Editor asks for “Event Analyst.msi” file after installation on XP. What am I missing?
- My bad. It was because of “Event Analyst” from Dorian soft. Uninstalled it and now everything is fine.

Are there any good tools for modding the BIOS in a Gateway desktop using the Intel DG965OT motherboard from about 2008? I would like to upgrade the E6300 Core 2 Duo CPU to a Q6600 Core 2 quad CPU and I think that may require some custom bios settings. The MB datasheet indicates the board supports Core 2 quad processors with a 1066 MHz FSB.

Hello, Im looking for a bios that is compatible with the HP 2000 (slightly old). It has a dual core AMD E-450 APU with integrated radeon graphics (I need more than 1.65 GHz), 12 GB ram (4 and 8 gb stick), and is running windows 8.1, im new to flashing bios, so all help is greatly appreciated.
