Symptom
Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES software provides robust and intuitive tools for creating interactive forms and personalized documents. It is included in every Adobe LiveCycle ES installation and embedded within Adobe LiveCycle Workbench ES software. Open the LiveCycle Designer. Select New Form. Select Use a blank form and press Next. On the next page choose Finish, the template overview will open. Add objects from the object library to the design view via drag and drop. - Hi, I'm new to this forum and new to Adobe interactive forms. I went through the SAP Service market by refering to the sapnote 962763 where they mention the path as shown below Installation Source.
When tried to open any form template using Adobe LiveCycle Designer in HTML5 client below message appears,
'CustomPaneRenderer : SAP.BYD.LS.UI.Office.FormEditor.AdobeDesigner.AdobeDesignerPane'
Environment
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Administrator work center.
2. Go to Business Flexibility --> Form template maintanence view.
3. Select any form template and click on 'Open'.
4. Select 'Adobe Reader' or 'Adobe LiveCycle Designer'.
Below error message appears,
'CustomPaneRenderer : SAP.BYD.LS.UI.Office.FormEditor.AdobeDesigner.AdobeDesignerPane'
Cause
Adobe livecycle designer is not supported in HTML5 client.
Resolution
1. Use 'Easy form editor'
or
2. Download the form template to local system(desktop/laptop) and also download 'Adobe Livecycle Designer' downloads and install.

-> Open .xdp file in designer.
-> Make the necessary changes and Save.

-> Upload the changed template back to system as a new variant or replace existing variant (as per your requirement).
-> Publish the template.
